Simple Homemade Tamarind Face Mask

Description:

This is a simple Tamarind Face Mask that can be done daily. The fruit pulp contains protein, minerals, fats, fibre plus carbohydrates, and is high in acids, incl. AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acids).

Ingredients:

  • handful of tamarind pulp
  • 100ml water

Directions:

- take a handful of tamarind pulp, add 100 ml of water and knead until thick
- rub gently on the scarred section and let dry, then rinse with water
or
- take some mashed turmeric and mix with tamarind pulp/wate
- apply a mask, let stand for 20 minutes, then rinse with water
